South Austin Tudor
This Tudor style home was an experiment in design. We hadn't seen many of these except in central Austin and wanted to make an impact further south with this old school design made new.
This storybook tudor design was a first for our group. We wanted to try something new but also classic. Our designer applied some modern finishes and appraches to this old school design. It came out beautifully, on time, and with a great return on investment. This project was also a single family home on a single lot which is always just a bit more fun because you have fewer restrictions to work around. We were even able to integrate the large trees on the lot to create a magical back yard experience.
