Storybook Tudor

This design was based on the success of the first Tudor we built.

Because our first Tudor design sold so quickly, we built a second albeit smaller design in the same style. Instead of selling this project we kept is as a rental property and refinanced some of the equity out. It is now a cash flowing portfolio property we manage.
