Our Team Members

John is a residential real estate agent and developer who started building homes in Austin in 2010. He and his partners have financed and developed over 50 single family homes in Austin since then. He and his wife, Alyse Black, created the Heart of Austin Homes Team, a real estate sales team at Keller Williams. His expertise in real estate development, financing, management, crowd funding and construction in the city of Austin has given him a unique insight and expert knowledge needed to best serve those who are interested in developing their property.

A BPO-veteran, Kat Ancheta started her virtual career in 2019 as a freelancer supporting clients from different industries including travel and hospitality, financing, and human resource. She joined the team in 2021 as the team's very first Virtual Assistant. Since then, Kat has been managing the VA team and managing contracts as the team's Transaction Coordinator. In her free time, Kat loves to read good books—if she's not busy playing video games or Dungeons and Dragons.

Alyse is a musician and real estate agent that has toured over 900 shows across the country as a touring and recording artist, and averages more than 30 transactions a year since she became a licensed agent in 2016. Along with her team of highly-skilled real estate ninjas, she has helped ease the stress of people buying or selling a home. Together with John Blackman, she has 3 amazing children who are growing and learning every day.

Before Fran Francisco joined the team in 2022, she was in the BPO industry formulating strategies and implementing processes and systems as an Operations Manager. Now, she assists in the team's day-to-day operations as our Administrative Expert. When she isn't scheduling showings or booking vendors, Fran loves travelling, watching movies and TV shows on Netflix, and spending time with her partner and their adorable dog.
